A3300 Grey Double Sided Adhesive Tape is a high quality type of double sided adhesive foam tape that can be used with almost any surface or material. This tape is built with a grey, acrylic foam core that absorbs movement in the joint (like those caused by temperature shifts) which enables the adhesive bond to remain strong. On both sides of this core there’s an enhanced adhesive that bonds fast and with high strength to a wide range of substrates including low surface energy materials and plastics.
This double sided tape has excellent weathering characteristics and can be used indoors or outdoors. The unique adhesive system used here enables A3300 Grey Double Sided Adhesive Tape to provide not only fast initial tack and adhesive built but also high ultimate adhesion levels for long term performance.
The acrylic foam core incorporates high stress relaxation and works to distribute stress across the entire bonding area. This means that, unlike mechanical fasteners that concentrate the joint stress in one location, A3300 Grey Double Sided Adhesive Tape will distribute it across the whole bonding area to put less stress on materials being fastened or mounted.
Each roll of A3300 Grey Double Sided Adhesive Tape is supplied with a light blue polyethylene liner that comes off easily and is strong enough not to tear as you’re removing it. Once installed, AA3300 will handle temperatures between -35°C and 90°C. It will also tolerate short-term spikes up to 150°C.

Just make sure it is clean and free of any dust or loose particles (e.g. loose paint) that may get in the way of the tape bonding to the actual mounting surface. Cleaning agent selection depends largely on what the mounting surface is and how dirty/oily/contaminated it is.
There is. When you’re first applying the tape try to do when the room temperature is at least 15°C. In fact, the warmer the better and heat increases the bond strength of the adhesive layers.
Once the tape is applied it will tolerate anything between -35°C and +90°C. It’ll also handle short-term spikes (of an hour or so) up to 150°C.
