Our Adhesive Polyester Film Tape is a versatile, economical grade of tape used for a variety of electrical insulation, masking and taping applications. This yellow version of this tape is brightly coloured and very useful for identifying leads, cables and wires.

Sometimes known as PET Tape, Polyester Tape has very good physical properties including tear strength, conformability and adhesion. It withstands temperatures up to 130°C and meets the flame retardancy requirements of UL Subject 510.

This tape is made with a very thin layer of polyester film (measuring about 0.025mm) combined with a pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive. Total tape thickness is 0.055mm. The adhesive used allows the tape to stick well to most surfaces and material types.
