Our Aramid Packing Style 300 is an extremely tough, durable type of pump and valve packing. It is made in the USA using Aramid Fibres which ensure excellent abrasion resistance and braid retention. This allows it to provide long lasting seals in a range of demanding applications.

Aramid Packing 300 from Swift Supplies is manufactured using continuous filament aramid that is impregnated with PTFE and a specialised lubricant. This packing is interlock packing and is strong, dense and durable.

It can handle temperatures up to 260°C. Max. shaft speed rating is 11.2 metres per second (mps) and max. pressure is 34.5 bar.

Style 300 Aramid Packing can withstand a most common fluids. It withstands attach from mild acids and alkalis, ammonia gas, water, steam, salt water, petrol, synthetic oils and many solvents. It is most commonly used for pumps or valves handling slurry or other abrasive media.
