Our PVC Flange Spray Shields are designed to help protect plant, equipment and workers from problems caused by leaking flanges. Available in a selection of sizes, they are wrapped around the flange and secured with hook-and-loop and a draw string.

Once in place around the flange, Flange Spray Shields help shield surrounding equipment or personnel from potential leaks. They can also help you to identify small or slow leaks in your pipelines as each spray shield incorporates pH indicator pad that will change colour when it comes into contact with fluid.

Our PVC Flange Covers are a bright yellow colour and made from reinforced PVC. They utilise a polyester cord for their draw-string and have very good resistance to UV and many chemicals. They are somewhat temperature limited and are only suggested for flanges where external temperatures reach no higher than 75°C.
