Epirez 324A is a versatile electrical epoxy that is used for encapsulating, protecting and splicing work. It is a two-part epoxy that is mixed and can be poured into voids or moulds. It then sets hard to form an insulating epoxy compound that has excellent dielectric strength.
Epirez 324A can be used in pour depths up to 20mm. Once it’s cured, it will have good impact strength and tensile strength. Typical cure time is 24 hours (@ 25°C) though this can be accelerated by heating (refer to the TDS for more information).
One of the benefits of the Epirez 324A Epoxy System is ease of use. The included mixing cups have depth markers. Simply pour the hardener up to the “H” mark in the selected column and then add the compound up to the “C” mark in the same column. Mix the two components together thoroughly.
Epirez 324A is typically used for electrical and electronic casting, protection and splicing.
