Our Isolation Spray is a versatile solution for creating an electrical insulation barrier or protective coating. Based on acrylic resin, this spray-on varnish is clear in colour.
Isolation Spray has a high dielectric strength of 67.8 kV/mm. It exhibits good adhesion to most surfaces including metal, glass, plastic, wood and more. It is also fast drying. It will be dust dry after about 15 minutes. Full cure takes about 2 hours.
This quality insulating spray isolates and protects connections, switches, switchboards, components and coils. It is also an excellent sealing spray.
Once dry, Isolation Spray has excellent resistance to UV (suitable for outdoor use), acids, oil and alkalis. The barrier it creates is moisture and weatherproof. It will withstand temperatures between -40°C and +120°C.
