Our Plastic Metal HP is a special type of 2 component epoxy compound with a paste like texture. It can be applied to dry, moist or wet surfaces and bonds well to most material types with high adhesive strength.

Once cured, Plastic Metal HP will have excellent impact strength, high residual elasticity and very good abrasion resistance. This combination of characteristics has led to it being used for everything from bonding parts and surfaces together and repairing damaged components through to lining heavily used equipment.

The pasty nature of the mixed components makes application easy. Weicon HP can be applied with a spatula or other similar equipment. Weicon HP Plastic Metal is manufactured in Germany and is a reliable, high quality epoxy repair compound. It is white in colour and will withstand temperatures between -35°C and +160°C once it is fully cured.

This putty is dielectric, non-magnetic and sets hard with a shore hardness rating of 75 Shore D.
