Mould Release Wax P500 - 150gm Container

Our Mould Release Wax P500 is an industrial grade release agent manufactured in Germany by Weicon. This quality wax is thick with a pasty consistency that allows for accurate application to fine parts and a good, thick coating; even on rough surfaces.

It can be easily applied with a fibre-free pulp cloth or lint-free paper cloth and creates an effective release barrier. It is compatible with both epoxy resin and urethane-based casting compounds.

Mould Release Agent Wax P500 is available in two different size containers: 150gm or 500gm. Estimated consumption varies a bit as it is highly dependent on layer thickness. That said, our experience tells us that 50ml to 150ml will be enough to cover 1 metre squared of area.

This release agent is white in colour and can withstand exposure to temperatures up to 50°C once it’s been applied. Excess amounts of Mould Release Wax or residues can be removed with our Weicon Surface Cleaner.
