Plastic Metal Epoxy Repair Systems.

High-quality, two-component epoxy resin systems for fast, cost-effective and durable repairs to many types of material. 

Ideal for rebuilding shafts and repairing leaking pipes, tanks, pumps and valves damaged by erosion and/or corrosion. Temperature-resistant from -35°C to +120°C (at the least, some are higher). After curing, the material is machinable with normal working tools and equipment.

A pasty, steel filled epoxy putty. Plastic Metal A sticks to most surfaces and materials and sets very hard. Once cured, it will be tough, resistant to chemicals and long lasting. Perfect for repairing cracked parts, tool surfaces & more.

A specialised type of epoxy repair putty made from epoxy resin with bronze fillers. Plastic Metal BR has a pasty consistency when mixed and sets hard. Ideal for repairs to blowholes and all kinds of bronze parts and surfaces (e.g. propellers).

Basis Polyurethane. Extremely fast-curing and high-strength construction adhesive with very good adhesion to plastics, fibrereinforced materials, metal and many other materials.

Epoxy Repair Sticks

Repair Sticks are temperature-resistant from -50°C up to +120°C (briefly up to +150°C with Titanium able to withstands even higher temps).

They resist alcohol, ester, soft water, oils, most acids and lyes, are free of solvents and cure with almost no shrinkage. The cured product can be machined (drilled, filed, tapped) and overpainted without pre-treatment.

Steel-filled. Preferably used for quick and high strength repairs and bonds of metal parts. Patches end seals cracks, holes, leakages and surface damage.

Ceramic-filled. Ideal for quick repairs on damp and wet surfaces and for underwater applications.

Copper-filled. For very quick (pot life 3 min) repairs of cracks, holes, leakages, even on damp and wet surfaces.

Epoxy & Acrylic Structural Adhesives.

WEICON Epoxy Adhesives are cold-curing, solvent-free two component systems with extremely strong bonding properties. They enable material bonds with high tensile and impact strength and are thus ideal for assembly, repairs and production.

Elastic Adhesives & Sealants.

Elastic adhesives and sealants are used in many areas of industrial production and assembly. They combine the advantages of adhesive bonding and sealing technology and are used wherever the elasticity and the sealing of a joint are the most important requirements.

For versatile use. Very good adhesion without primer to aluminium, stainless steel and many other surfaces. Immediately overpaintable (wet in wet). Excellent aging and UV stability. Sandable after curing.

Degreases and cleans all metals, glass, ceramics and most plastics. This spray is recommended for the Pre-treatment of surfaces before applying other WEICON products when greasy or oily layers would reduce their effectiveness.

Contact Adhesives.

Solvent-based polychloroprene (CR) contact adhesive. Used for strong and flexible full-surface bonding of rubber to rubber and rubber to metal.

WEICON GMK 2410 also bonds cellular rubber (e. g. neoprene), leather, felt, insulating material, textiles, wood, and many plastics. After curing, the joint is resistant to humidity.

2-component adhesive based on polychloroprene for full-surface and permanently elastic bonding of parts which are continuously exposed to dynamic loads.

It bonds rubber, metal, textiles, leather, sponge rubber (neoprene), CSM (Hypalon), insulating materials, PU materials with an adhesive coating, wood and many. After curing, the bonding is moisture-proof.

Anti-Seize.

 

Nowadays, increasingly high-alloy steels and light and non-ferrous metals are used more and more frequently. When metalliferous assembly pastes are used, unwanted interactions between the paste and the material cannot be ruled out.

WEICON Anti-Seize High-Tech is metal-free and can be used with any material. In case of certain metal combinations, it offers optimum protection against electrolytic reactions (cold welding).

Copper Paste is a protecting, separating and lubricating agent for highly stressed parts, used as assembly lubricant for threaded joints and sliding surfaces of all kinds. The strongly adherent paste consists of special additives and a combination of solid lubricants made of graphite and copper particles.

This ensures low friction values in threaded joints and excellent separating characteristics. Copper Paste provides an efficient lubricating and separating layer on plug-in tools, wear bushings and threaded, plugged-in or bayonet joints of all kinds, thus protecting the functional surfaces from corrosion and seizing.

Temperature-resistant from -20°C up to +1,100°C (-4°F up to +2,012°F).
