  • Heat resistant, high temperature grease for up to 160°C.
  • NSF H1 Approved for food and beverage applications.
  • Suitable for rolling bearings, sliding bearings, joints, spindles, spline shafts and linear guidance systems at all sliding speeds permitted for grease lubrication.

Our AL-H Lubricant is a high-performance grease designed for sensitive applications that require higher heat resistance. This lubricating grease is able to be used in a wide variety of applications and meets the requirements of NSF H1.

As a result, AL-H is widely used for lubricating parts in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors around the world. It is also popular for lubrication in the marine industry and is registered with both the IMPA and ISSA.

AL-H is manufactured in Germany from a base of Aluminium Complex Soap and polyalphaolefine. It is Yellowish White in colour.

More information on this industrial grease is provided in the sections below. For even more data, please refer to the Specifications and/or Resources tabs.

Highly Effective Lubrication for Reduced Friction.

AL-H Grease is an industrial-grade lubricant that reduces friction and helps prevent wear on stressed parts. This universal style grease has been designed specifically to withstand elevated temperatures and can handle continuous exposure to 160°C.

Compatibility Key Information.

++ = Compatible.
+ = Compatible to a limited extent.
0 = Not Compatible.

The stated compatibility and resistance levels are based on laboratory tests and literature notices. A guarantee cannot be provided due the large number of raw materials used on the one hand the complex chemical and morphological structure of the polymers on the other. In critical application cases we recommend that you carry out tests and/or consult with the Weicon application technology department.
