Our White Nitrile Rubber Sheet (White, FDA Compliant) is a premium grade rubber material. Available in a selection of thicknesses, this rubber is FDA compliant (as per 21 CFR 177.2600) which allows it to be used in applications where it will experience repeated and long term contact with food.

White Nitrile Rubber is non-toxic and non-marking. It is also non-allergenic. Being a Nitrile rubber, it exhibits excellent resistance to oil (especially food based oil) and grease. White Nitrile Rubber Sheet also has excellent tensile strength (6 MPa, minimum) which allows it to be used to make gaskets.

This grade of rubber sheet is typically used in either the food, beverage or pharmaceutical industries or in other specialised applications that require a high quality, non-marking, non-carbon containing rubber. More specifically, White FDA Nitrile Rubber is often used as a flexible pad, lining or strip for applications where food is handled or stored. It is also used for making gaskets for food storage containers and transfer piping as well as for sealing, isolating, protecting and insulating steel or other surfaces.

Our White Nitrile Rubber Sheet withstands temperatures between -25°C and +90°C and has a hardness of 55 Shore A.
